The problem comes with by over downloading apps and maybe transferring files by Bluetooth.You need to download SP Flash tool for this for flashing the phone found (HERE). Download the firmware scatter file (HERE)
Open SP Flash Tool and locate the scatter file from firmware that you downloaded. Assign the scatter file in Scatter loading file. Press volume up and insert the micro USB cable to the phone without battery to install all drivers. Once the drivers are properly installed it will automatically detected by the program.
Status when the program and handset is uprading.
When you see this, the download or firmware upgrading was successful.
