Insert the USB to the mobile device and computer, install all the drivers be sure you have Kies application and Android drivers installed in your system, Open USB debugging Mode. Root first the device using King Root, After rooting disable Knox from SU application because it blocks some program from rooting files. Be careful sometimes it will totally brick the device for wrong operation especially this device is New Security. Some steps authorized from the handset so you must check the handset that need to be grant.
Dial *#0808#, and choose DM+ADB+MODEM to detect and install the other drivers. Press read Info then check the New Security and press Unlock tab. The process may take long because the program will automatically back-up all the important files of the handset.
