Procedures:

1. Download firmware here
2. Download Odin flasher.
3. Extract firmware and assign in PDA tab.
4. Connect the handset to computer and USB.
5. Install drivers be sure you have all drivers in your system.
6. Prepare for download mode by pressing volume up + power button.
7. Press start.
